Pertemps Training are committed to putting our learners first and ensuring that their participation in our programmes is a positive experience that supports their successful achievement. We are involved in a range of initiatives to support people into securing sustainable employment, whilst developing those in their current job role.We specialise in the delivery of nationally recognised qualifications and high quality learning programmes in the areas of management and handling people. We pride ourselves on a client-specific approach, treating each client as an individual and adapting our programmes to meet the particular objectives required. All of our programmes are delivered by a team of professional consultants, each possessing a wealth of commercial and business knowledge in their field of expertise and from which a trainer most suited to your individual needs will be selected. Furthermore, we have achieved ISMM accreditation, allowing us to offer both ISMM Accreditation Sales and Marketing and ILM Accreditation Team Leader and Management Programmes, fully recognised QCA awards. All programmes offered are entirely flexible and can appeal to a range of staff at different stages of their careers. A typical course can be aimed at field sales, inbound or outbound telesales, business-to-business sales or retail staff. Each programme will be designed to ensure that they are meaningful in the marketplace in which the client currently operates, and to link internal practices and resources to effective sales and marketing skills. The format can include group discussions and exercises, tutor input and project work between sessions and post-course. In addition to these Personal Development Programmes, a customised Management Development Programme is also available. This consists of core modules, tailored to reflect both the current business objectives of the client and use case studies based on 'real-life experiences'. Courses can take place either on the client's premises or at specially selected venues across the country. Open learning through the mediums of Intranet or e-mail and 'on- the-job' coaching is also available if more convenient for the clients needs. A significant and expanding area of work has been the provision of assessment centres, with considerable focus on sales recruitment. Working in partnership with organisations has ensured high levels of success in the recruitment and induction training of staff, leading to enhanced staff and performance. Whether it's an NVQ, Modern Apprenticeship or something more specific, Pertemps Training has the ability to provide life-long learning.
